Other combinations of materials are also possible, whereby the properties of the individual components combine to produce materials with entirely new properties. Depending on the type of application or paper being used we recommend various different tape surfaces in order to guarantee the ideal friction coefficient between the garniture tape and the paper. We distinguish between the following different surface structures: - uncoated - impregnated - mid-zone coating - whole tape coating We manufacture garniture tapes in lengths from 1,400 to 6,000 millimetres, widths from 10 to 90 millimetres and thicknesses of between 0.5 and 0.68 millimetres. Our very narrow tolerances guarantee optimum running properties when using our garniture tapes. Width: -0,5 / +0,0 mm Length: -0,0 mm / +1% Thickness: -0,02 / +0,05 mm Wobble: max. 0,8 mm Depending on the type of tape involved, tolerances may deviate from these standard tolerances.
